Jack - great point! You put this in a great way. I have seen so many churches prioritize "the lost" and weak members over God and sound doctrine. This obviously is not a recipe for success.
I don't think we're very good at thinking strategically. If we focused on our internal congregational health the way we should, I think we'd reach way more lost than we are now.
