Yes, beginning there and into the follow verses (particularly 3:17) Adam is held responsible even though Eve ate first.
You could add to this Deuteronomy 6, Ephesians 5, and Ephesians 6 where fathers and husbands are charged with responsibility of training and leading their homes in God's paths.
