Excellent points! And I learned about the Motte and Bailey fallacy. I'm not sure where I've been until now, but I see the Motte and Bailey fallacy all the time in the area of creation vs. evolution. The bailey: "microbe-to-man" evolution explains human existence. The motte: evolution is just "change over time." Thanks!
This is an excellent article. We are living this nightmare at our congregation right now. It is so hard to be brave due to the repercussions served to you by the ones that are wolves. We pray every day for true leadership in our congregation, it is hard to be patient. Where do you draw the line and move on?
I would add a fourth group. These are ones that Biblically are sound in doctrine, but waver on practicing the whole counsel of God. For example, there is a trend among "sound" men to participate in meetings. lectureships, seminars, family encampments where there are unsound men. I was battling this matter in California back in the 1980's. We move to the so-called "Bible belt" and we see the same thing.
Wow, a great article!!! I really needed to hear this and be encouraged by it. It's hard to be brave sometimes and say the truth, but it needs to be said! I appreciate your well-written words, glory be to God!
Look, I understand admitting the philosophy you supported all your life lead to a total disaster is hard. But if you want to fix the problem, you're going to have to face your own mistakes.

Great example of it!

Are you saying the Bible is against racial marriage?
Who wants to be painted as racist for pointing out that the Bible is staunchly against the current zeitgeist on racial unity?
Where did you get that?
The current zeitgeist on racial unity is CRT.
Are you just talking about how they are labeled in society? Someone just asked me about when they read it. Just wanted clarity
Sorry, but trying to set the parking brake 80% of the way down the slippery slope doesn't work

> Wtf are you idiots even talking about?
Frankly, I'm not surprised you don't understand.
I am more than happy to remain blissfully untaught
> You don't what "trans" is or where it comes from.
"Trans" is what happens when someone takes Andrea Dworkin's assertion that "Woman is not born: she is made" seriously.
