The way you change after having kids is one of the great cliches that is a cliche because it's so absolutely true.

You don't truly know what it feels like until you have children. You can't. It's impossible. No one can explain the love and responsibility you feel towards them. No one else can worry you like your own child. No one can make you feel that same kind of love and joy. It's a wholly unique feeling that, I think, is one of the greatest experiences of being human.

I'm sad that everyone, especially those who actually have children, don't always feel that way.

I try to always tell the kiddos how much I miss them when we are apart… it’s guy retreat weekend for my two youngest at church. I’ll miss them. But I’m also happy that they are going to be learning more about God’s Word and be with their Christian bros… 💖

Btw, homeschool… 😁👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
