I know many Christians who struggle with feeling impotent in the face of evil. They may trust in God, but don't know how they can be involved in making a difference.

"Who am I?" they wonder, while watching the powerful rage against all that is good. Hasn't this happened multiple times in history?

It wasn't just the few apostles who brought the gospel to the world, but the handful of people who believed in each city and obeyed God against an overwhelming cultural paganism. It's hard to be apathetic when your faith has a cost.

God is moving now, but often in ways we don't see on the national or international stage.

While I respect the achievement and intellect of men like Musk and Peterson, they fit the axiom that the wisdom of God is foolishness to the world.

I hope you're planning to expand on what individual churches or believers can do to faithfully resist. The Body is needed.

I think there are numerous ways. Obviously there's evangelism, but in the type of civic society we're in there are plenty of opportunities to help people. Christian lawyers and judges are good. Christian lawmakers or school board members are good. Christian business owners who provide an alternative to the woke-captured corporations are good.

Yes to that. I also think we need to find the right mix of being aware of the bigger picture and engaging in the community right before us. We feel overwhelmed when we always look at what's happening out there, and are more likely to miss what God wants to do right in front of us, where we can have real influence.

I agree. Slow, patient, local ministry and reform is the best bang for our buck.

As long as it's real, God-driven ministry and not the weak sauce we've gotten hung up in.

Another solid volley in the culture war. Thank you, Jack. The church will no sooner perish than we will destroy the world (if the climate-change crowd has its way). Both the church and the earth are the Lord's and God promises one will endure with Him in eternity and the other will be renewed—His way and in His time.

How we need God's wisdom and power to be effective and relevant witnesses in this generation.

Absolutely, well said.

Excellent article… Raising awareness is another quite a bit of the battle… So many of our church members have absolutely NO IDEA what’s going on in the world around them… Maybe they just watch CNN/MSM all the time and only hear about the propaganda instead… 🤷🏽‍♀️IDK... 😬😬😬

Recently, one of our local middle schools had an active drag queen teaching. 🔥 One of the newspapers had quite the expose on him… It was absolutely mind boggling... 😵😵😵 Most of the Christians in my teenage parent class at church didn’t know anything about it… 😳 (they also acted like they didn’t WANT to know) The drag queen teaching kids in school was not OK and their apathy was not OK either! 🔥🔥🤨

One of my fellow parents wanted to remind me that I need to be thinking about Godly things only… Personally, I thought we were supposed to be smart as serpents, but gentle as doves??? I don’t want Satan sneaking up on me or my family.

I want to think on Godly things AND I want to know what’s going on around me so I’m not blindsided. Also to Pray without ceasing! Our country needs Jesus so bad! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

With what I’m seeing, “Toothless”… I can agree with that.

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😢😞😞😞

We ALL need to be reminded that God is not “toothless”... something about it’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God…🔥🔥🔥

God Bless 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
